Can I get to know the club without becoming a member?
A
Of course. Join a training, or ask a housemate or fellow student. As the largest student sports club in Enschede, you likely know another member already.

What types of memberships are there?
A
Many. You can play externally (KNVB competitions) and internally (IVC), indoor and/or outdoor, women and/or men, training and/or matches. Check all memberships on the membership types page.

What is the level of play?
A
Drienerlo operates at all levels, from Hoofdklasse to the Kelderklasse. Even beginners are welcome.

Is Drienerlo a stepping stone to FC Twente?
A
Honestly? If we had that much talent, we would have been scouted already. But there is always a chance. FC Twente sometimes trains on our turf, so you will be seen.

If I stay for 5 to 12 years (bachelor + master + PhD), can I move up or transfer later?
A
Definitely. Drienerlo has been a feeder club for PW, a local club, and some have moved to Rigtersbleek. The transfer fee? A crate of beer.
Q
I am a fan but do not play football. Can I still join?
A
Absolutely. Come to our parties and tournaments, wear the merch, and become a member without playing. You can even substitute in a few matches if you get convinced later on.
