Costs of TISC
The expected tournament fee will be € 195,- per team and € 12,- per person. This includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, dinner on Saturday evening. As team you can reserve a wooden cabin which will cost you € 125 per night, or you can choose to sleep in the sportshall which will cost every person € 6 per night. If you decide to sleep in the sportshall you will have to bring your own sleeping bags and air-beds or mattresses with you! When you decide to rent the wooden cabin you still need to bring your own sleeping bags! If you want to sleep in a hotel, please contact the organization. Or if you want to arrange an alternative to spend the night, we would be happy to provide you with information (tisc@vvdrienerlo.nl).

Visa
If you are living outside the European Community, you might need a visa to get to the Netherlands. If you need a visa, contact us as soon as possible. Send us a letter with all the names of the participants, their birth dates and their passport-numbers. Do this as soon as possible, because the visa application can take some time before it is processed.

Application
If you want to participate, please answer as soon as possible by sending us the application form (the preferred language is English!). For the final application you have to remit € 195,-. After October the 27th we can not promise that your application can be processed in time, so we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Please remit on the account of:

We ask you to pay the € 195,- in advance, because we have to incur expenses before the tournament starts. Teams that do not pay in time have no guarantee that they can play in the tournament. There is a chance that they will be replaced by other teams. If you can't send us the money in time, please let us know as soon as possible. When you arrive on Friday the 16th you can pay the remainder of the tournament fee. If your team cancels the tournament before the 23th of November, you will get your money back.
